Storage Cleanup operates with a strict privacy-first design. All file scanning, cache calculation, video compression, duplicate photo matching, and privacy vault encryption are performed 100% locally on your device. Your personal files, photos, videos, and documents are never uploaded, stored, or processed on any remote server.

2. Information We Access

To provide file cleanup and optimization features, our application requests the following Android permissions with your explicit consent:

• All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to scan real junk files, temp caches, residual leftover files, and compress videos locally.
• Media Permissions (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO): Used locally to display and manage media items for cleanup or compression.
• Biometrics (USE_BIOMETRIC): Used strictly on-device to lock and unlock your local Privacy Vault.
• Usage Statistics (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): Used locally to identify infrequently used apps for uninstall recommendations.

3. Third-Party Advertising & Services

Our app integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device metadata (such as Advertising ID, IP address, and general location) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads in compliance with Google Play Policies.

4. Data Retention & Security

Because all file operations take place locally, we do not store, maintain, or transmit any user data. Uninstalling the application completely removes all app settings and temporary cache data from your device.
